Mindden's relationship with its employees is key in its exercise of responsibility. Hence, its corporate social policy is built every day in a dialogue with them.
Mindden is a company committed both professionally and socially, as a result of this commitment emerges our corporate responsibility policy.
That is why Mindden always tries to support (to the best of our possibilities) our personal social initiatives and business development that involves a defense of a better and fairer world. Mindden has supported and sponsored projects of a notable normalizing and integrating nature both for women and other groups such as WomenTechMakers 2019.
But at Mindden we want to go one step further, that is why, during the last months, the HR department has been working intensively to translate into a document as important as our Equality Plan.
This document is the sum of the internal initiatives of the company that will allow us to further expand this guiding principle of Mindden “… the rejection of all direct and indirect discrimination of any kind.”
This document is available to any Mindden employee or partner for consultation as we believe it is important that Mindden employees themselves know first-hand our corporate policy and the principles that govern it.
