“The award belongs to the team”: Jesús Ruiz reflects on MindDen’s journey and future on Radio Intereconomía

Coinciding with our tenth anniversary, MindDen Soft Tech has been honored with the Alicante SME of the Year Award 2026, an award granted by the Alicante Chamber of Commerce and Banco Santander in collaboration with Diario Información. After this milestone, our CEO, Jesús Ruiz, participated in the program Cierre de Mercados on Radio Intereconomía to discuss the company’s journey and address the major challenges facing the technology industry.

In a candid conversation, yet with a profound strategic vision, Jesús Ruiz reflected on a decade of growth and shared the foundations of MindDen’s philosophy: to demonstrate that it is possible to develop world-class, global-impact technology, firmly rooted in the local ecosystem.

Ten Years of Democratizing Technology in Alicante.

What began in 2016 as a firm commitment to local talent, ten years later, grew into a company with over 200 professionals and a portfolio of over 80 active clients. During the interview, Ruiz emphasized the vital role of SMEs as a key driver of the country’s economy and society, dedicating the award to the team that has supported the company throughout this decade.

“This award is a recognition of our journey, but above all, of all the people who have been part of MindDen and helped us get here”, Ruiz said during his interview.
