Providing solutions to SMEs and local businesses during the COVI-19 pandemic and during the different phases of de-escalation was a challenge we took on hand in hand with Grupo Idex, a leading company in business communication with extensive experience.
To this end, together we brought PRODIG, an application that allows small businesses to manage their appointments without telephone and thus avoid queues or crowded situations.
It is a system that allows the business to register centers and activate schedules so that customers can book appointments in a center and at a specific time, making it easier to control . It provides access to customer information, as well as making it profitable and time efficient. Prodig allows booking from any device; managing appointments, agendas, schedules, services and customers; and can be implemented in the business’ web domain. In addition, it plans to progressively incorporate other types of functionalities and modules to take a step further and improve relationships with clients.

On the other hand, we already told you about PROTEGIDOS and how we are collaborating in the coordinated effort from various parts of the world in an “open source” initiative that can help both the sick and the epidemiologists responsible for containing the progress of the outbreak.
